We collect the parking ticket images you upload and the data extracted from them. This includes ticket number, violation type, fine amount, and date. We do not require an account or collect personal information beyond what's visible in your ticket.

How We Use Your Data

Your ticket data is used solely to analyze your case and generate an appeal letter. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and provide better analysis for all users.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.

Data Retention

Ticket data is retained for 90 days to allow for case follow-up. After that period, data is permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@kavira.tech. We will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
